Returns And Exchanges
Overview
From the date your piece arrives at your door, we give you: 14 (fourteen) days to fall in love. If you decide your piece is not right for you, reach out to us for your return! Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your item(s), we won’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of items are not refundable:
- Items customized to your requirements
- Items with engraving
- Items damaged caused by your improper use
- Items losses caused by incomplete delivery addresses.
Returns & Refunds
Notice: Because all of our items are made to order, it means that we only produce after you place your order. If the items themselves have no quality problems, we will charge a 35% restocking fee for the refunds & returns.
Please follow these terms when refunding:

To process your return you will require your order number and email address.

All items that require return/exchange, can only be made once.

We reserve the right and complete discretion to disqualify you from returns if the following item(s) for return or exchange is the same item(s) as a previous order.

Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of your use or wear and tear of a product.

The item being returned must have the jewelry tag and authenticity tag still attached to the item. Removal of the tag voids the ability for the item to be returned.

Customized items, such as ring sizes over 9US or under 3US / changing the main stone / changing side stones / changing the style of the band/engraving on the ring are non-refundable.

MyJewelryRite, USA will charge a 35% restocking fee for customized item exchanges.

Items sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of the U.S.

All decisions made by MyJewelryRite, USA are final.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Countries liable for Free Returns
Free Returns are available for the following countries: France, Germany, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Russia & Nederland
If you’re returning from these locations, you will be solely responsible for the insurance and return postage of your return to us.
※ We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us via a trackable service or by registered mail insured for the amount of the item(s).
※ We cannot be held responsible for return insurance and does not accept responsibility for pieces lost in transit.
International Customers
My Jewelry Rite’s goal is to provide you the best shipping options, as we are able to ship internationally, all orders purchased, regardless where you live. All orders placed by International customers are considered final sales. We regret that we can not accept returns from International customers. We’re a new start-up, but we’ll do our best to make this happen as we grow.
How to Return / Exchange:
- For return or exchange of an item please email us at MyJewelryRite@gmail.com and note the reason for returning/exchanging the item. We will happily exchange or refund your money, no questions asked! We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Then you can prepare the item for mailing.

Please put all the original packaging in the box along with any diamond certificate and or the appraisal and or to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with any return. Should you wish to return your item to us via an alternative shipping method or you are not liable for free returns, please return to:

Woodside, NY. 11377, United States of America - The customer is responsible for all return freight shipping charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier and insured for the amount of the item. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and International parcel packages are typically not traceable. And, the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

※ Items received after 14 days from the date of receipt will not be accepted. Items noted as special orders must be sent back within 7 days. Final sale and/or Final-Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Additional exchange or re-stocking fees may apply
Receiving a Refund
- Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
- Once receipt a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding USA public holidays.
- Please retain your delivery note until you have received your refund.
- A Restocking Fee applies to all custom-built items, the restocking charge is 35% of the total invoiced amount or the total cost of labor and materials for setting, and sizing will deduct from the refund amount. Freight and labor charges will not be refunded. Most of our pieces of jewelry are being made-to-order, but labor charges do not include the setting of a diamond or gemstone, ring sizing, or the conversion of earring posts from standard friction backs to screw backs. Please ensure that the contents of the package are in their original condition and secure within the Jewelry Exchange box. For security reasons, do not indicate the contents on the exterior of the package. Do not forget to include the diamond certificate, if applicable: a $100 fee applies to any missing diamond certificate.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: MyJewelryRite@gmail.com. We do monitor returns made by customers. Continued returns will be flagged and future orders potentially refused at our discretion
